We realize there are many options when choosing a truckload carrier, so we strive to provide cost efficient, reliable, customer service oriented options to all of our customers. Heitz Trucking offers Truckload service to and from most locations within California. Many associate dedicated truckload service with a full load of product but this is not always the case. Our program also allows customers to ship less than load quantities as a dedicated truckload when the need arises. Some of these occasions may include:
- Temperature Sensitive Products: Ultra sensitive products such as ice cream, frozen desserts, or aerospace are often shipped as a dedicated load to ensure the doors are not opened or closed between pickup and delivery.
- Odor: Products with a strong odor such as frozen garlic or other spices must be shipped as a dedicated truck to ensure the odor does not affect other products in the trailer.
- Out of Route: Some locations are just not feasible to ship as a less than load order because of the location. Our dedicated truckload program could be the answer to providing service to your customers that are in more rural areas.
